The Role
- Gathering the ETL/ELT requirements. - Design, Develop, Test ETL/ELT different scenarios and support the ETL/ELT processes to Extract, Transforming and Loading data from different sources to the data warehouse. - Create and maintain optimal integration solutions including data pipeline architecture. - Analyze multiple sources of structured and unstructured data to propose and design data architecture solutions for scalability, high availability, fault tolerance, and elasticity. - Assist architects in the design and implementation of high-performance systems with large volume data integration processes, database, storage and provisioning.
**Requirements**:
**Personal Skills**: - Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. - Excellent command of English. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; influencing skills and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team. Technical Skills: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. - 3+ years of professional experience in data engineering or a related role. - Certifications in Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Cloud (IDMC) preferred. - 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or ETL Developer using Informatica PowerCenter. - Develop, implement, and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows using Informatica PowerCenter. - Design and build scalable data pipelines to extract data from various sources, transform it according to business rules, and load it into data warehouses or data lakes. - Collaborate with data analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, quality, and timeliness. - Support and maintain existing Informatica PowerCenter mappings, workflows, and processes. - Leverage Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) (preferred) to create cloud-based, scalable data solutions. - Ensure high performance and availability of ETL processes by performing routine maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting. - Monitor and manage data integration workflows in both on-premises and cloud environments. - Document ETL processes, standards, and best practices to ensure smooth team collaboration and knowledge transfer.
