**Job description**:

- Handle accounting and administrative works of the Company.
- Maintaining cash transactions and petty cash book.
- Entry posting of purchase, sales, payments, receipt collection and journal.
- Preparing invoices, purchase order, sales order and vouchers.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
- Ensure timely bank payments to vendors and collections from customers.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Make bank reconciliation statements on monthly basis.
- Prepare income statements, cash flow, statements of change in equity, and balance sheets for management analysis.
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries/disputes.
- Dealing with customer queries and provide relevant support.
- Responsible for Month-end closing, MIS reporting and budgeting and compilation of the information required by the management.
- Able to travel from Bahrain to Al Khobar office at least once in a week for official purpose.

**Qualification**:

- BSc in Accounting and Finance, newly qualified ACCA or CPA,

**Skills**:

- Reasonable analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of financial statements and financial analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn quickly and take initiative
- Able to work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of International Accounting Standards, Bahrain Company Law, Bahrain Labour Law and VAT law
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho or QuickBooks is preferred
