- and English-speaking Director of Planning to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. RESPONSIBILITIES - Overseeing portfolio management across all phases and reporting on their progress in the form of reports, meetings, and dashboards to stakeholders - Participating in the development of five-year portfolio plans - Ensuring projects follow a proper stage gates approach in accordance with established standards - Overseeing change requests at the portfolio level in coordination with the project planning and governance team - Guiding direct reports regarding their responsibilities, providing feedback and advice to achieve department goals
**Requirements**:
- Degree qualification in Engineering, Information Technology, or Management, ideally with a masters - 15 years of experience in strategic planning and project management of major initiatives and developments - Certified PMP and CAPM from PMI, and Strategic Planning & KPI Practitioner from GPMA - Excellent managerial skills, with demonstrable history of strategic planning, budgeting, change management, and risk assessment - Influential at senior levels, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders - Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic, with good communication skills
