**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in front office or customer service (preferably in the hotel industry).
- Experience using **Opera PMS** is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle guests’ inquiries professionally.
- Presentable, polite, and able to work under pressure.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office / booking systems).
- English language proficiency is preferred.
- **Saudi nationals only.**
