Are you a parent or member of **The British International School Jeddah** community looking for part-time work? Join our friendly team at Kapes as a School Uniform Shop Coordinator This role involves providing outstanding customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our store.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet fellow parents and students warmly and assist with their uniform needs.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of our uniform products and know which items are necessary for each grade level.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the checkout system, ensuring all payments are handled securely.
- Monitor inventory levels and participate in restocking activities, including relabeling merchandise as needed to maintain a well-organized store environment.
- Handle returns and exchanges delicately by following established policies and procedures.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously, addressing customer inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
- Utilize the e-commerce platform platform to manage online orders, update product information, and assist with fulfilling online purchases.

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail experience preferred but not necessary, with a focus on customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak times.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work some full days as needed during peak season.
- Availability to work 3 days per week during the academic year (excluding school holidays)
- Able to work between then hours of 8am and 2pm
- Availability to start working 2 weeks before the start of term
- Already has a visa
- We are looking for a **female** member of staff only

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 18 per week
