The Environmental Manager will supervise the Environmental Officer and other environmental staff. It is anticipated that the group may eventually require an Environmental Technician to assist more with routine environmental sampling and inspections. Administrative support will be provided by sharing other Administrative Assistants available in the Logistics Team.

- **Environmental oversight**: Deal with the administration of the CEMP submittal and review process for the Contractors. This will include verification of compliance with the OCEMP, as well as the review and approval of method statements and field verification of compliance with the method statements, either directly or through supervisory role over other environmental staff.
- **Reports**: Compile environmental metrics for the environmental portion of the Logistics monthly report, and compile and publish the bi-weekly environmental reports for the Client.
- **Meeting Minutes**: Document discussions in meetings and issue them expeditiously as required.
- **Other Duties**: Coordinate directly with the Client’s Environmental Manager and miscellaneous other environmental assignments as requested by the Client or the Logistics Manager.

**Education and Experience:

- Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Environmental Management in Civil Engineering or construction related field with at least 15 years relevant experience.
- Must be a Certified Safety Practitioner registered with an internationally recognized institution (ie. OSHA, NEBOSH)
- Must have LEED certification.
- Attended recognized safety-related courses.
- Must have attend recognized environmental-related training courses.
