You support our team as PROJECT COORDINATOR **Responsibilities**: - Review and verify customer purchase orders, ensuring compliance with EagleBurgmann offer and contractual requirements. - Coordinate with engineering, production, and procurement teams across various EagleBurgmann entities globally to track order progress and resolve any delays. - Ensure accurate and timely delivery of mechanical seals and Supply Systems. - Assist in resolving any post-delivery technical issues, failures, or warranty claims. - Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding post-order support. - Provide regular updates on order status, delivery schedules internally and to customers. - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively. - Maintain records of customer interactions, like preparing an MoM after customer visits. - Gather customer feedback and collaborate with engineering team for product improvements. - Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements for better order execution and delivery. - Stay updated on industry trends. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. - 3-5 years of experience in customer support, order execution, for mechanical seals, rotating equipment. - Experience with API 682, ANSI, and other sealing system standards is a plus. - Ability to read engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure. - Willingness to travel for customer visits and training sessions. - Proficiency in MS Office.
