- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and effective inventory management practices.
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Monitor equipment and warehouse facilities, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff, providing ongoing performance evaluations and feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve warehouse operations and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively.
