JASARA PMC is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Traffic Impact Specialist to join our Infrastructure Design team. As a Traffic Impact Specialist, you will play a key role in analyzing and assessing the impact of transportation on our infrastructure projects. Working closely with our design and engineering teams, you will develop traffic impact studies, assess traffic flow, and propose solutions to optimize traffic management and flow. Your expertise in traffic impact assessment will contribute to the successful implementation of our infrastructure projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct traffic impact assessments and studies for infrastructure projects.
- Analyze traffic data, including traffic volume, patterns, and flow.
- Identify potential traffic issues and propose solutions to optimize traffic management and flow.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to incorporate traffic impact considerations into project plans and designs.
- Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and standards.
- Produce reports and presentations on traffic impact findings and proposed solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and contractors.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in traffic impact assessment and traffic management.
- Strong understanding of traffic engineering principles, traffic impact assessment methodologies, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in traffic simulation software and tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Knowledge of traffic regulations and standards.
