Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Project Controls Engineer **to join our team In this role you will get to support in the tracking, updating, monitoring, and reporting on project control functions on a major Roads PMO program.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Collects, updates and maintains projects data.
- Performs independent analysis, evaluations, and forecasts of current projects status against established baselines.
- Supports with the development and management of the cost and scheduling control systems and EVM to provide project and Client management with accurate information.
- Understands and applies engineering, procurement, and construction terminology, concepts, and relationships.
- Assesses the impact(s) of design or construction changes.
- Creates presentations and reports using graphs, diagrams, and other exhibits to illustrate projects status to all levels of the project and the Client.
- Performs other functions associated with this position as appropriate.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of related work experience.
- Proficient PC skills including a working knowledge of various Project Controls software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communications and presentation skills.

**Minimum Clearance Required to Start**:
