- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain & arrange promotional material and in-store displays as per UFC standards
- Submit weekly store reports
- Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
- Follows the company policies & guidelines to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
- Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
- Perform additional duties as needed.

- Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign, and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow of the Store items.
- To develop employees to be ready for the next level
- Plan, manage and review individual performance and provide regular feedback, developing opportunities and coaching, taking prompt action where necessary.
- Provide opportunities for store members to suggest, participate and contribute to improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing initiatives.
