Country Manager

**Job Function**

Manage Gyrodata Saudi branch by meeting and exceeding client and industry expectations while maintaining strict compliance with Gyrodata policies and procedures and overseeing the team.

**Essential Duties**
- Manage Gyrodata’s business activities in Saudi & Kuwait.
- Maintain strict compliance with Gyrodata policies and procedures and any applicable local and U.S. laws by all personnel in the area
- Develop and implement strategies to increase business and profitability by meeting and exceeding customer and industry expectations and identifying new growth opportunities
- Manage, train, discipline, supervise and evaluate Operations team and ensure proper performance of job duties
- Develop, implement and maintain communications and systems that support the efficient management of operations in the area as directed by the Regional Manager
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential clients in the country and represent Gyrodata in a positive and professional manner
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and developments in the area
- Assist, develop and maintain an annual budget for the area and implement any accounting or fiscal procedures as determined by the Regional Manager
- Oversee and enforce compliance in the area with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures established by Gyrodata and any applicable local and U.S. laws
- Collaborate with the HR Manager and wider HR team to maintain and enforce applicable Human Resource policies and procedures and achieve compliance with applicable local and U.S. laws
- Establish and maintain a culture that emphasizes compliance with health, safety and environmental standards and respect for co-workers, clients and community
- Collaborate with the Sales Director EH as necessary to oversee and implement Gyrodata’s sales & marketing strategy in the area
- Communicate on a timely manner with the Regional Manager to business development and produce monthly KPI’s as requested by the Regional Manager
- Travel and attend meetings as necessary to perform job duties, including extensive international travel

**HSE Function**
- Comply with applicable safety standards, implement and maintain a safe working environment
- Establish and maintain a culture that emphasizes compliance with all health, safety and environmental standards and respect for co-workers, clients and community
- Oversee and enforce compliance in the Area with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures established by Gyrodata and any applicable local laws

**QA Function**
- Ensure all operations are completed to the clients expectations and requests.
- Ensures area is equipped to support quality assurance policies and procedures as established by Gyrodata in accordance with the ISO 9000 standard
- Designate appropriate personnel to be assigned to all client events to relay SQ improvements and/or investigations.
- Works with Gyrodata Service Quality leads to ensure proper SQ incident investigations are completed with resolution and assurance of no reoccurrence.
- Comply with applicable quality assurance standards
- Works with SQMS, GDMS and other Quality systems
- Serves on SQMS review team

**Required Qualifications**
- Strong written and oral English communication skills
- Bachelors’ Degree
- 5 years minimum Management experience in the downhole oil field services industry, including working experience in Saudi and familiarity with local Middle East industry markets
- Ability to travel internationally

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Masters of Business Administration
- Familiar with Gyrodata tools and services
