Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager - Planning & Scheduling to join our innovative team. As the Senior Manager in this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and scheduling of projects associated with the Qiddiya development, which aims to set new standards in entertainment and leisure in Saudi Arabia. Your expertise will ensure that all projects are executed on time and within budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive project planning and scheduling strategies for all initiatives within Qiddiya.
- Collaborate with project managers to create detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with project milestones and goals.
- Monitor progress against project plans, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
- Utilize project management software tools to manage and report on planning and scheduling activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on project timelines.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to address potential scheduling conflicts or delays.
- Prepare and present regular status reports and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior planning and scheduling staff members.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of at least a minimum 9-12 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate development
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage complex project schedules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and mentoring teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
