The Development Producer will oversee the development of film, television, and multimedia projects, ensuring alignment with current industry trends and audience demands. This role requires strong creative vision, project management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with writers, directors, and stakeholders

**Requirements**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Project Development: Identify and develop original content ideas, scripts, and concepts for film and television projects.
- Stay Informed on Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and patterns in the film industry to guide project development in line with current demand.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with writers and directors to refine scripts and ensure alignment with the creative vision.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and market opportunities to inform project development.
- Script Evaluation: Review and assess scripts for commercial viability and potential success in the market.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present project proposals to potential investors and partners to secure support and funding.
- Funding and Budgeting: Identify funding opportunities and assist in securing financing for projects; manage budgets during the development phase.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with producers, investors, and industry professionals to facilitate project development.
- Production Coordination: Oversee pre-production activities, including casting, location scouting, and scheduling, ensuring projects are ready for production.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of [X years] experience in a development role within the film or television industry.
- Strong knowledge of scriptwriting, storytelling, and production processes.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
