**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct consultations, examinations, and assessments of patients presenting with dermatological concerns.
- Perform diagnostic procedures, including skin biopsies, patch testing, and dermatopathology evaluations, to determine the nature and extent of skin conditions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients based on their medical history, clinical findings, and individual needs, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities such as topical medications, systemic medications, and procedural interventions.
- Perform surgical procedures, including excisions, Mohs surgery, laser therapy, and cosmetic procedures, as appropriate and by best practices.
- Provide counseling and education to patients regarding their skin conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including dermatology nurses, dermatopathologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
- Participate in teaching and supervising medical students, residents, and fellows in dermatology training programs.
- Engage in scholarly activities, including research projects, publications, and conference presentations, to contribute to advancing dermatological knowledge and practice.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records, documentation, and billing information in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Stay abreast of latest developments, trends, and advancements in dermatology through continuing medical education, professional development, and participation in relevant conferences and seminars.

**Requirements**:

- Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification or eligibility in dermatology.
- Fellowship training in a specialized area of dermatology (e.g., Mohs surgery, pediatric dermatology, cosmetic dermatology) is preferred but not required.
- Current medical licensure or eligibility for licensure in the jurisdiction of practice.
- Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and managing a wide range of dermatological conditions and disorders, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical practice.
- Proficiency in performing dermatological procedures, including surgical and cosmetic interventions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care and maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
