Marketing Communications Specialist

Requisition ID: 38891- Job Location(s): Riyadh, SADanfoss is looking for Marketing Communications Specialist to be a part of our Marketing Communications Team. You will focus on creating high-quality content in our digital marketing channels together with offline activities. You will be responsible for continuous improvement in our marketing operations in Saudi Arabia and collaborate with our team members from the region. This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Supporting both global and regional business strategies and commercial execution plans, identifying and agreeing on actions to deliver various marketing communications programs,
- Implementing and executing the offline and online strategy of the corporate, segments and the region,
- Creating local content and localizing the global content for catalogs, case studies, editorials, videos, adverts, etc.,
- Consulting and supporting Danfoss stakeholders by coordinating online/offline marketing campaigns with sales activities and providing Danfoss partners the right content for showroom branding and online campaigns,
- Organizing and running successful online, offline, and hybrid events (trade shows, partner summits, conferences etc.),
- Supporting shaping the future direction of our digital customer journey,
- Creating necessary local media communications and publishing engaging, high-quality content and stories in the right external and internal channels,
- Identifying and running the regional agency network, reviewing work submitted by outside agencies/contractors to ensure accuracy, proper layout and copy adhering to brand guidelines,
- Contributing to achieve KPI’s centered around customer satisfaction, brand awareness, improving digital traffic and engagement,
- Managing any marketing operations needed for events, special days, accounting, finance, etc.

**Background & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent,
- 5 years of experience in a related field preferably in a global company,
- Previous experience in Public Affairs or Corporate Communication is a plus,
- Expertise in copywriting and storytelling is very important,
- Experience in events management both offline and online events,
- Experience with BTL (Below the Line) activities,
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills,
- Good understanding of digital communications and online media,
- Sense of responsibility while being an open and honest team member,
- A Proactive team player who is eager to accept challenges,
- Willing to travel when it is business-critical,
- Native in Arabic and fluent in English.
