Director of Interface Management

The Director of Interface Management will be responsible for leading and managing the interface coordination efforts on a modular highrise construction project taking into consideration latest technologies. This individual will have at least 25 years of experience in the construction and industrialized manufacturing industry, with a focus on large-scale, complex projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Accountable for developing an industrialized approach to the modular construction and the management thereof.
- Ensure that all interfaces in the supply chain between different parts of the project are identified, understood, developed and managed effectively
- Coordinate with other project leaders, such as the project manager and design manager, to ensure that interfaces are managed in line with the overall project plan
- Develop and implement procedures for the identification, reporting, and resolution of interface issues
- Provide expert guidance and support to the project team on interface management best practices
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all interface management activities

**Key Qualifications**:

- Must have experience in manufacturing and be a leader in the industry.
- 25+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on large-scale, complex projects
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing interface coordination efforts on construction projects
- Strong understanding of interface management best practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with modular construction is a plus.
