**Preferred Experience / Skills**:
**Position Requirements**
- Competent in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and capabilities
- Understanding of ERP system functionality in a manufacturing environment
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to calmly prioritize demands
- Detail orientated and data focused
- Exhibit and support company core values and behaviors

**Preferences**
- 2-3 years related experience, BS in Mechanical Engineering/Diploma
- Understanding of Material Planning, Inventory Control, and MRP; CPIM certification a plus
- Experienced change agent leading change in Production Control processes and demonstrating tangible business improvements
- Possess good initiative and inquisitiveness to learn

**Responsibilities & Requirements**:Key Accountabilities**
- Socialize proposed production schedule to gain consensus from manufacturing prior to release
- Create and organize work order packets for released work orders
- Communicate and prioritize shop-floor schedules to all stakeholders
- Manage rescheduling process, when needed, keeping customer OTD as the priority
- Coordinate with warehouse, engineering, manufacturing engineering and quality to ensure schedule gets back on track when issues arise
- Report daily on schedule adherence and escalate issues to management as they arise
- Run reports for planned vs actual run rates and provide feedback to manufacturing engineering on required routing time adjustments
- Manage work order release process exceptions (e.g. orders released with shortages)
