**Responsibilities**:

- Provide on-site supervision and technical guidance for structural engineering activities.
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure the proper execution of structural designs.
- Implement and enforce rigorous quality control processes to ensure structural integrity.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with approved plans.
- Assist in the resolution of technical issues related to structural engineering during construction.
- Conduct site visits to monitor and assess structural construction activities.
- Ensure that structural designs comply with approved plans, local codes, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with design teams to address any discrepancies.
- Monitor and enforce safety standards related to structural construction activities.
- Identify and address safety hazards on-site.
- Act as a point of contact for clients regarding structural engineering matters on-site.
- Provide timely responses to client inquiries and concerns.
- Provide technical support to project teams and contractors on structural engineering issues.
- Collaborate with engineering disciplines to ensure coordinated project delivery.
- Establish and maintain accurate records of structural engineering activities on-site.
- Ensure proper documentation of as-built conditions and changes.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in structural engineering.
- Recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of structural construction.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience as a Site Structural Engineer in PMC projects.
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, codes, and standards.
- Excellent site supervision and communication skills.
- Proficient in structural design software and tools.
- Professional engineering license (PE) or relevant certifications.
- Experience in managing structural engineering activities for PMC projects within the Middle East region.
