We are seeking a dynamic and creative **Social Media & Events Specialist** to manage our social media presence and support the execution of events. This role requires a proactive individual who can strategize, create, and manage engaging content while also coordinating both digital and physical events to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:Social Media Management:

- Develop and implement a content calendar aligned with the brand strategy.
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality and engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community and influencers.
- Track performance metrics and generate monthly reports to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers for content creation.

Events Management:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute brand events, activations, and exhibitions.
- Liaise with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Promote events through social media campaigns and digital channels.
- Capture live event content for real-time posting and post-event highlights.
- Evaluate the success of events and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in social media and event management.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ﷼10,000.00 per month
