We are looking for a Site Architect Engineer to join our team and take charge of overseeing architectural site works with precision and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise architectural work on-site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure all executed work aligns with shop drawings, engineering standards, and the supervising engineer’s instructions.
- Prepare shop drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the project.
- Generate daily site progress reports and document the workflow.
- Coordinate with the technical office, suppliers, and contractors to ensure high-quality, timely execution.
- Review shop drawings and raise any technical notes prior to execution.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- **Minimum of 3 years’ experience** in finishes and interior decoration projects.
- Proficiency in the following software:

- **AutoCAD**:

- **Microsoft Excel**:

- **Photoshop**:

- Strong skills in preparing shop drawings and quantity take-offs.
- Ability to manage fieldwork and coordination with work teams and suppliers.
- Leadership personality with strong time management and stress-handling abilities.

Pay: From ﷼5,000.00 per month
