As a **Site Engineer** (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil), you will play a key role in the successful execution of infrastructure projects by ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in project delivery. You will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and client requirements. You will work closely with construction managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.

**Key Accountabilities**:
**The position involves**:

- Supervising and executing day-to-day site operations for infrastructure projects (electrical, mechanical, or civil disciplines).
- Reviewing project drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure accurate implementation.
- Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to manage workflows and resolve technical issues.
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring work quality complies with project requirements and industry standards.
- Monitoring progress, tracking materials, and reporting on project milestones.
- Verifying installations, testing systems, and reviewing as-built documentation.
- Supporting the project team in planning and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
- Identifying potential risks, delays, or issues and recommending corrective actions.
- Preparing technical reports and contributing to project documentation.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
**We are Looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in infrastructure projects within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project execution, site supervision, and relevant industry codes and standards.
- Experience in handling utilities, roads, bridges, pumping stations, substations, or related infrastructure works.
- Familiarity with quality assurance, health and safety procedures, and construction documentation.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret and review technical drawings and specifications.
- Effective communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
- Capability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple project components simultaneously.
