**The Opportunity**

The primary goals of this position are to increase awareness and drive demand for Nutanix’ products and solutions in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain & Egypt. The Field Marketing Manager will work closely with extended organization and local sales teams to support pipeline generation.

**About the Team**

The Field Marketing Manager will join the Emerging Markets team at Nutanix, one of the largest teams across EMEA. The team is focused on delivering world class campaigns and taking the Nutanix narrative and brand to market. This diverse team operates with a culture that emphasizes respect, collaboration, and support. Team members create an environment where members are encouraged to take ownership of their projects while working harmoniously across various functions and regions. You will report to the Regional Marketing Director for Emerging Markets, who fosters a leadership style of autonomous working, centered on collaboration and open communication. The manager values a supportive work environment where creativity and initiative are encouraged. The role operates on a flexible hybrid work schedule, requiring the new hire to be in the office for at least two days each week (exception of peak periods)

The role entails travel predominantly to Qatar and Egypt, as it covers a broader scope than just Saudi Arabia. Some travel will be necessary at key points throughout the duration of the job to facilitate effective execution of marketing initiatives and collaboration with local teams.

**Your Role**
- Achieve a deep understanding of Nutanix's offerings and execute the existing marketing plan within the first six months.
- Budget, plan, and manage marketing campaigns for the Central gulf Region
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns at the same time across different markets
- Drive event planning and project management, including Nutanix led events as well as regional trade shows (e.g. LEAP)
- Ensure that the campaigns and events are executed in a timely manner and optimized for best performance
- Collaborate with sales and inside sales teams to measure and optimize marketing campaign ROI.
- Be held accountable for specific KPIs & ROI set by the region (including leads generated, sales meetings held, pipeline and revenue)
- Utilize CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, for data analytics and to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and local leadership
- Produce compelling marketing materials by conducting customer interviews and creating customer stories.
- Build relationships and joint marketing plans with major Nutanix alliances across the region
- Manage customer communities such as the Nutanix User Groups

**What You Will Bring**

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, with strong data analytics skills.
- Experience in event and project management, with a track record of executing marketing campaigns.
- Copywriting and content creation skills, with fluency in Arabic and English communication.
- Collaboration skills across functions and geographies, particularly with C-level stakeholders.
- Experience in digital marketing (helpful but not core) with a strong understanding of campaign ROI.

**Work Arrangement**

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
