**Role Description**

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. As the Senior HR Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and overseeing all HR functions. In addition, you will lead HR projects, programs, and initiatives, collaborate with other HR team members, and provide guidance to staff on HR policies, procedures, and other related responsibilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Expertise Saudi Arabian HR policies and procedures
- Experience in managing employee benefits and personnel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- HR certification is a plus
- Fluency in Arabic
- Saudi Only
