Laboratory Technologist

We are looking to hire **medical technologist** (both part-time and full-time) to perform a variety of molecular and genetic tests and techniques in a clinical laboratory in Saudi Arabia (**Riyadh and Dammam**) to obtain accurate data for diagnosis and treatment of diseases. This is a unique opportunity for those who also have excellent marketing and public relation skills and want to work in a flexible and dynamic environment that can utilize these skills by interacting with the clients (MDs, patients, organizations).
- **Medical lab technologist duties**:

- Assists lab supervisor in the appropriate dissemination of information in inter-shift, inter-sectional, and departmental communication.
- Obtains and processes laboratory specimens.
- Performs analyses, tests, and procedures. Maintains appropriate laboratory safety procedures and practices.
- Communicate with patients and customers (physicians/clinics/hospitals) to explain services and why they should consider the offered molecular tests for their patients.
- build Relationships with clients (patients, physicians, organizations)
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
- **Requirements**
- **Valid and current Saudi Commission for Health Specialties licensure is required.**:

- Self-motivated and high organizational skills Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and management skills
- Excellent PR, marking, and representation skills
- Very good in English Language (written and spoken).
- Prior work experience **is preferred but not required**:

- Good knowledge of genetics is a **plus**.
- Valid Saudi driver’s license is a plus
