**1.** **Scope of Position**

Performing workshop activities, fabrication of special tools and spare parts that are required and not available in inventory in order to support maintenance activities in the plant, general repairing of mobile and fixed industrial equipment and vehicles.

**2.** **Key Responsibilities**
- Fabrication of special tools and spare parts for process equipment (e.g. Meshes for vibrating screens, Bolted wear plates, rollers and shaftsetc.).
- Prepare and execute Reverse Design of existing spare parts and tools.
- Operate and maintain all workshop equipments including lathes, milling, drilling, lapping and balancing machines, and measuring instruments.
- Perform routine maintenance, servicing and repair of vehicles and equipment (e.g. Front Loaders, Forklifts, Dust Sweepersetc) according to preventative maintenance schedules.
- Conducting a refurbishment repair of equipment’s wear and tear parts.
- Co-operate with other maintenance and production personnel over multi-discipline work and the installation and testing of fabricated parts.
- Inspect operational requirements, and safety standards.

**3.** **Position Specification**
- Diploma of Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
