Greetings

This is a Direct Hiring post from any nationality (new visa) and a local transfer (with iqama in KSA). Our Company is looking for a PROJECT MANAGER with SAUDI ARAMCO project experience.

Conditions:
1. A minimum of7-10 years'' experience in early work projects with ARAMCO.

2. (MUST BE APPROVED BY SA).

3. Salary range should be based on Interview.

Notes:
- The company will provide its own Accommodation and transportation.
- The Contract is 2 years period. Qualification: Should be Engineering Graduate. Key Responsibilities.
- Prepare the project plan and which to manage for approval which includes resource plan, equipment plans procurement plan & logistic plan, etc.
- Manage and prepare all project reports daily report weekly reports and monthly reports.
- Monitor projects from the stage and design through completion, ensuring defined specifications and standards are strictly adhered to.
- Manage preparation, submission, and approval of Method statements submit and all project documents in accordance with project specification, SAES, SAEP, international applicable standards, and manufacturer/vendor recommendations, as per the client procedure/standards.
- Ensure all applicable regulations and legal requirements [Civil Defense, SEC, Municipality, Saudi Aramco, Neom etc.] have complied
- Manage & conduct the internal review meeting to appraise the progress and bottlenecks in the project’s execution program.
- Identify & Manage change orders with the client by providing the required MTO and technical support.
- Prepare revised actual Budget based on the project requirement as per reviewing the initial budget cost track & monitor project budget, plan and schedule, procurement schedule, and subcontract packages
- Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff, and revise the schedule as required
- Assign, coordinate, supervise, and evaluate the work of subordinate personnel Plan, organize, control, and close out the Projects within Time & Budget
- Manage procurement to suit program requirements. Identify long lead items.
- Review of Baseline EPC Schedules followed by Look Ahead / Accelerated / Recovery Schedules (Up to required levels)
- Monitor and review weekly, monthly reports and suggest remedial actions & implement EVMS using Key Performance Indices (KPI)
- Monitor project execution and evaluate the performance
- Maintain & communicate a hold status list on delayed project tasks and report to the management
- Organize EOT (Extension of Time) Claims and discuss them with the client and consultant till approval.
- Plan, monitor, and control day-to-day activities.
- Identify risk factors and prepare a risk management plan.

Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
