Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience in Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF), Business Analysis, Governance, and Compliance.
- Strong experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, customer workshops, executive presentations, and proposal development (RFP/RFI/RFQ, SOW).
- Experience in solution sizing, effort estimation, resource planning, pricing, and project planning.
- Knowledge of Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Target Operating Models (TOM), Data Governance, and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA).
- Familiarity with Cloud, AI, Enterprise Architecture, and Digital Government initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, IT Consulting, or Management Consulting.
- Experience with Saudi regulatory frameworks, including Qiyas, PDPL, DGA, and NCA, is highly preferred.
- Professional certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, CBAP, COBIT, ITIL, or PDPL/Data Privacy certifications are a plus. - Job Location: HQ
