**Position **:Training & Recruitment Admin Assistant
**Location **:Jabal Sayid, Medina Province, Saudi Arabia
**Start Date**:
**Responsible for**:
- Maintain the Training data sheets.
- Does audits on the Training data sheets
- Coordinate all training requests.
- Coordinating recruitment primary process (communication, interview etc..)
- Hard copy filing system maintained for all training and recruitment Docs
- Soft copy filing system maintained on the g-drive for all training and recruitment Docs.
- Coordinate Co-op and summer training needs and communicate with the concerned Dept’s.
**Qualifications**:
**Essential**:
Tertiary qualification in Training and Recruitment or Business Management. Computer literacy in MS-Word, MS-Excel in advance level. Good command of English and Arabic.
**Desirable**:
Training and Development Accreditation
**Experience**:
**Essential**:
Experience in a Training role, with knowledge and understanding of administration, policies & procedures.
**Desirable**:
Experience in a Training & Development role within the construction or mining industry
**Competencies**:
**Essential**:
Fluent in English and Arabic and can relate to all employees and managers and develop/maintain sound working relationships
High attention to detail - can analyse information and identify errors and gaps
Organised - can work within defined timelines and work methodically towards them
