**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
2.Supports the Application Specialist, the Application Senior Analyst, and vendors by performing unit, functional, performance, and user acceptance testing to ensure that those solutions meet requirements and IT standards.

3.Creates test transactions and run tests to find errors and to confirm programs meet specifications.

4.Works closely with the Informatics Systems Operations, Technical Support, and End-User Training Departments to draft procedural manuals and training material.

6.Reviews functional and technical requirements for completeness.

8.Follows prescribed system safety and security procedures of computing environment.

9.Participates in self & others' education, training and development, as applicable.

10.Follows all hospital related policies and procedures.

11.Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Education**:
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Administration, or related discipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
One (1) years of related experience with Master’s Degree, or Three (3) years of related experience with Bachelor’s Degree is required.
