Provide Expert Guidance**: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on ESG principles, sustainability trends, and best practices in corporate responsibility.
- ** Conduct ESG Assessments**: Assess clients' ESG performance and practices through comprehensive ESG assessments, benchmarking, and materiality analyses.
- ** Develop ESG Strategies**: Collaborate with clients to develop customized ESG strategies and action plans aligned with their business goals, stakeholder expectations, and industry standards.
- ** Integrate ESG into Business Operations**: Advise clients on integrating ESG considerations into business operations, risk management processes, and decision-making frameworks.
- ** Enhance ESG Reporting**: Assist clients in enhancing ESG reporting and disclosure practices, including the development of sustainability reports, ESG disclosures, and stakeholder communications.
- ** Stay Abreast of ESG Trends**: Keep abreast of emerging ESG trends, regulatory developments, and industry standards, and provide thought leadership and insights to clients.

**Qualifications**
- PhD in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in ESG consulting, sustainability management, or corporate responsibility roles.
- In-depth knowledge of ESG frameworks and reporting standards, such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), and Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess and interpret ESG data, metrics, and performance indicators.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ESG concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of managing ESG projects and delivering measurable results for clients.
- Certification in sustainability reporting (e.g., GRI Certified Training Program) or ESG credentials (e.g., ESG Analyst Certification) preferred.
- Passion for sustainability, corporate responsibility, and making a positive impact on society and the environment.
