Auto Electrician

Major Responsibilities & Duties performed: - Electrical Repair & Maintenance of Heavy Equipment or as instructed by Workshop Foreman - Auto Electrical Preventive Maintenance of the ALL TYPE OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT running in Operation. - Use of proper handholds, steps, order for Assembly and Disassembly of the Aggregates. - To keep the Electrical spare parts dismantled in order so that assemblies are less time - later on. - Keep the working Area neat & clean. - To identify problem area and rectification. - To keep tools at proper place after assembly or disassembly of the aggregates. - Effective utilization of Time given by the Maintenance Foreman/Operation Deptt. - Looking after Safety, Housekeeping & personal issues. Other Responsibilities: Ø To understand and follow the organizational HS&E policies. Ø To follow safety instructions related to their jobs. Ø To report damaged PPE, unsafe machines or equipment to concerned staff. Ø To keep the provided PPEs in good, workable conditions. Ø To avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment and welfare facilities. Ø To report any accidents, near misses or hazardous conditions to concerned responsible. Ø To attend safety trainings planned for them. Ø Having a right to say "NO" to any unsafe work.
