**Job description**:
**Job Title Production Supervisor**

Bachelor of Engineering (Production - Industry)

Basic level of proficiency in the English language

Previous work experience in a production supervisor position for at least 3 years.
Good experience in using different types of manufacturing machines and tools.

**Experience and skills Required**:
The ability to arrange, distribute tasks and organize time.

Proficiency in leadership skills and the ability to provide appropriate solutions to problems.

Proficiency in motivation skills and creating a suitable work environment for employees.

The ability to communicate with different personalities.

Monitor daily, weekly and monthly targets for production and communicate them to employees.

Organizing workflow by defining responsibilities and preparing shift schedules.

Follow up and supervise staff training procedures.

Ensure the safe use of equipment and coordinate with maintenance to schedule periodic maintenance.

Ensuring that the conditions and specifications of the production process are met.

**Tasks Description**:
Provide reports on performance periodically to determine the extent to which goals are achieved.

Imposing strict safety guidelines, following occupational safety and health procedures, maintaining the safety of workers with him, and company standards.

Directing and advising workers and developing their skills during the manufacturing process and identifying their training needs in coordination with the department head

Overtime management

Submit the production report

Submitting a report on the harm that occurs and how to reduce its percentage

**Salary**: ﷼2,700.00 - ﷼3,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Production Supervisor: 2 years (required)
