**Job Summary**:
Responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at the project/site. The HSE Engineer will conduct risk assessments, safety audits, incident investigations, and promote a strong safety culture in accordance with Saudi regulations and company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, Aramco, and Royal Commission standards.
- Lead safety training, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain HSE documentation and submit reports to authorities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- NEBOSH/OSHA/IOSH certification required.
- Freshers or up to 2 years of HSE experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and standards.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
