**The Role**

This role involves travel and is predominantly based onsite at our various events and exhibitions across KSA. This is ideal for individuals looking for a hands-on role, with lots of variety and new experiences After a period of training, you would be given autonomy to manage small projects on your own.

You will work directly alongside an established and experienced team who will support you to learn the foundations of project management from inception through to completion. The first year will focus on learning the job, understanding our business and shadowing the team. You will work closely with the team on key projects and gradually take on more responsibility and autonomy as you develop.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Assisting the Project Management team with the planning and management of miscellaneous and budgeted projects, specifically;
- Resource planning staff, travel & accommodation
- Logistics planning; and
- Onsite planning
- Assisting with the financial performance of the site, by learning about P&L responsibility;
- Assisting the team with the installation and set-up of equipment onsite
- Managing the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods, meeting required deadlines and KPIs;
- Assisting clients with queries and concerns;
- Contributing to a one-team, results orientated culture, motivating employees to reach a common goal;
