We are aseeking a highly skilled Technical Safety Engineer to join a leading Oil & Energy company. As a Technical Safety Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, identifying risks and hazards, conducting safety assessments, preparing safety reports, and implementing safety procedures. **Responsibilities**:

- Conduct safety assessments and identify potential hazards and risks within the Oil & Energy industry
- Prepare safety reports and develop safety procedures
- Design, implement, and maintain safety systems and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations
- Review and provide recommendations to improve existing safety programs, policies, and procedures
- Manage safety training programs for employees and contractors
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards
- Investigate incidents and provide recommendations for corrective actions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Fire protection Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Safety Engineering within the Oil & Energy industry
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including API, IEC, NFPA, OSHA, and EPA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate risks and hazards
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with the ability to influence and persuade others to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
