Our Client is one of the top-notch busiest private hospitals in Jeddah, KSA seeking a optician to work in vision shop and to help patients to fit eyeglasses and contact lenses prescribed by ophthalmologists and optometrists. They also assist recommending styles and features, taking measurements and providing other customer service.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Identify customer requirements by presenting different products and services and discussing different promotions to meet customer needs.
- Process the invoicing process across the system to adhere to sales standards, which contribute to tracking and recording sales more efficiently.
- Following the company’s sales policies and procedures, including but not limited to: customer service policy, dealing style, sales policies and codes of conduct to preserve the company’s image.
- Monitoring his daily sales to be aligned with his target in order to achieve the overall store target
- Responsible for inventory accuracy and product safety, and reporting any problems or variances to contribute to inventory control and maintenance in a more efficient manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall branch goals and enhance customer experience to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Train the new staff on the entire store inventory and prepare the weekly reports for them
- Had direct responsibility in increasing revenues and profitability
- Met with customers and resolved the problems or complaints by trouble shooting there issues
- Ensured there was a high level of the customer service
- Proactive & taking a prompt action to accomplish the objectives and being proactive
- Identify the opportunities and taking action to build strategic relationship help active business goals
**WORKING CONDITION**:

- Working Hours: 48 Hours / Week
- Working Days: 6 Days / Week
- Contract Period 1 Year Renewable
- Probation Period 3 Months
- Single Contract

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor Degree in Optics or equivalent
- Not Less Than 5 years of experience as Optician post-graduation.

**OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES**:

- Ability to understand, follow written and oral instructions.
- Extensive knowledge of generally accepted standard accounting principles, established Procedures, departmental guidelines, and regulatory requirements applicable to the work.
- Skill in researching, compiling, and summarizing statistical data and information.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with other employees.

**SALARY**:
Gross Salary: SR 7,700 to SR 9,700 as total Package (Basic/Housing/Transportation/Functional Allowance/Mobile)
