Job Description:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Curriculum Delivery**: Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the relevant curriculum.
- ** Child Development**: Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through interactive and exploratory learning experiences.
- ** Classroom Management**: Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages active participation and respect.
- ** Assessment & Progress Tracking**: Monitor and assess students’ progress, maintaining records and providing feedback to parents and school leadership.
- ** Parental Engagement**:Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, providing regular updates on their child's development and well-being.
- ** Collaboration**:Work closely with colleagues, teaching assistants, and school leadership to ensure a cohesive and enriching learning experience.
- ** Safeguarding & Well-being**:Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by adhering to school policies and child protection regulations.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education/PGCE, BEd/Cache Level 3 (Nursery) or any related field.
- Teaching certification (if required by local regulations).
- Previous experience in early years education.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
