Siemens Mobility KSA is part of the BACS consortium which is responsible for the design and build of Lines 1 and 2 of the Riyadh metro networks.

Today, we are recruiting a Tarining Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Basic knowledge of Competency Management System (CMS)
- Organize trainings and supervises all participants of training measures.
- Organize train-the-trainer trainings.
- Supporting of the training manager in all his duties.
- Organize training of experts in their relevant field.
- Responsibility for the safety of groups of trainees together with the EHS team.
- Analysis of needs for trainings in cooperation with the concerned departments.
- Monitoring and evaluating effectiveness of the individual training programs.
- Elaboration of documentation for training activities.
- Clarification of training objectives and performance criteria prior to the commencement of the training.
- Provision of advice for the most effective methods of training.
- Initiating the conduction of additional trainings in coordination with the training manager.
- Supporting the training manager with administrative work.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Administration or any relevant degree from reputable university or College.
- Experience in same function ideally with the same capacity
- Very good level of English language. Arabic is a plus.
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Advanced organizational skills
- People-person, quality-oriented and results-driven.
- Saudi National.
