CNC Machinist

CNC Machinist required to perform API/premium thread repairs and sub manufacturing

**Job Description**:

- Machine/manufacture part or connection within given time frame.
- Checking of specifications, work Orders, technical drawings and material and program.
- Perform daily maintenance checks of assigned equipment.
- Produce/Machine threaded connections & parts as per provided drawing/program.
- Inspect and verify that each thread & part is generated as per the provided specification.
- Responsible for care, use, and protection of all company equipment.
- Perform job duties accurately and responsibly
- Follow all the guidelines provided by the Supervisor.
- Adhere to all NOV safety policies and rules.
- Report all unsafe and hazardous acts/conditions
- Report any damaged or misused equipment
- May require off-site duties

Must have a minimum 3-year experience operating a CNC machine on Rotatory Shoulder Connections (API, Grant Prideco, Tenaris, Vam etc), on Drillpipe, HWDP, Drill Collars and Drill Stem Components, or a similar background.

Preferably have knowledge of Mazak controls. Ability to read and understand CNC programs. Should be able to identify tooling requirements from program. Ability to

understand engineering drawing.

High school education or equivalent.
