Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Promote and sell products/services via phone to achieve sales targets.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage customer relationships and build long-term rapport.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
- Provide information about our products and services clearly and persuasively.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Handle customer objections professionally and work towards closing deals.
- Update and maintain customer database regularly.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- **Key Requirements**:
- Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Fluency in Arabic** is preferred
- Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other office tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or marketing qualifications are a plus.
