**Job Title**: Senior Software Engineer
- PLSQL

**Role Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer
- Perform comprehensive testing to ensure the integrity and quality of the database systems.
- Manage and optimize Oracle databases to ensure high performance and availability.
- Create and maintain detailed reporting to support business decisions and operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Proactively identify and resolve database issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

**Expected Outcomes**:

- High-quality PLSQL code that meets business requirements and standards.
- Reliable and efficient Oracle database systems with mínimal downtime.
- Accurate and timely reports that support business decision-making processes.
- Effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
- Continuous improvement in database performance and user satisfaction.

**Qualifications (Skills/Competencies)**:

- Proficiency in PLSQL, Reporting, ORACLE DBA, and Testing.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated learning agility and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive approach to work with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Customer-focused with a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
