The Postdoctoral Program is an exceptional opportunity to engage in cutting-edge research and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in the dynamic fields of Economics, Public Policy, or Statistics and Data Science. As a member of the program, you will have the privilege to pursue an ambitious research agenda Through hands-on engagement with novel research projects, you will work alongside esteemed scholars and industry experts, benefiting from their expertise and expanding your own intellectual horizon. In addition, you will boost your teaching skills, as you will actively participate in the educational activities of KSPP, which boasts a highly talented group of graduate students.

**Qualifications and Experience**

- Should have recently obtained or be close to obtaining a Ph.D. in Economics, Public Policy, or Statistics and Data Science or a related field.

- Demonstrated expertise in independent research, quantitative methods, qualitative methods, and hybrid methods, and/or relevant software tools and datasets.

- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
