Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project control operations across major projects and programs.- Implement PMO frameworks for cost, schedule, change, and risk management.- Manage reporting systems and dashboards for executive visibility.- Guide multi-disciplinary teams in data-driven performance management.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s preferred.- 15 + years of project controls and management experience.- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.- Proficiency in EVMS, Primavera P6, and Power BI.- PMP, PSP, or equivalent certification preferred.
