Sustainablility Lead

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive sustainability strategies across JASARA's projects.
- Conduct sustainability assessments to identify opportunities for reducing waste, conserving energy, and enhancing resource efficiency.
- Engage and collaborate with project teams, partners, and stakeholders to incorporate sustainable practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and facilitate training programs to promote sustainability awareness and practices among employees and contractors.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reporting on sustainability initiatives, progress, and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, regulations, and technologies related to sustainability and advise the organization on best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sustainability management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing sustainability initiatives and strategies.
- Strong understanding of sustainability certifications and standards (e.g., LEED, ISO 14001).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to analyze complex data to drive sustainable decision-making.
- Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
