Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of creating a transformative entertainment and leisure destination in Saudi Arabia and is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Manager Quality Assurance (Sales & Leasing) to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that our sales and leasing processes maintain the highest levels of quality and operational excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance program for the Sales & Leasing department, ensuring all processes comply with organizational standards and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular quality assessments and audits on sales practices, customer interactions, and leasing agreements to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and leasing teams to define quality standards and ensure that all activities align with organizational goals and customer expectations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to sales and leasing quality, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction through improved quality outcomes, addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
- Train and mentor team members on quality assurance best practices, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within the department.
- Manage and resolve escalated quality-related issues, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures as necessary.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for enhancements in sales and leasing operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality management to continuously improve departmental processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 9 -12 years of experience in quality assurance specifically within sales and leasing operations.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful quality assurance programs within the sales or real estate sectors.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, leasing agreements, and customer service standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership qualities with experience managing and developing teams.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with relevant quality assurance methodologies and tools is a plus.
