- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance program for the Sales & Leasing department, ensuring all processes comply with organizational standards and industry regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 9 -12 years of experience in quality assurance specifically within sales and leasing operations.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful quality assurance programs within the sales or real estate sectors.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, leasing agreements, and customer service standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership qualities with experience managing and developing teams.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with relevant quality assurance methodologies and tools is a plus.
