Seeking a Sr. Engineer, Business & Cost Control with an expertise in Construction Job Costing and Controls. Previous experience working within the Construction Industry is Mandatory.

**Duties**:

- Develop and maintain Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS)
- Develop and maintain project budgets estimate and cost control reports using appropriate software.
- Monitor cost commitments and expenditures through all phases of project lifecycle.
- Liaise with project team to ensure accuracy in project cost phasing and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain cash flow, forecasts, accruals, and variance analysis reports for key stakeholders.
- Establishes and sustains an Earned Value Management.
- Provide copies of project cost performance reports (CPI & SPI) in accordance with project reporting requirements
- Review and analyze cost impacts associated with variation, contract claims, incentives, and penalties.
- Help project team to meet budgeting goals.
- Develop and maintain assets register and assets coding.
- Review and approve monthly subcontractors and supplier payments.
- Tracking approved and pending change orders against the approved project budget.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors in finance or construction Management, + 12 years of experience
- Proven experience in cost controlling and tracking related to capital construction projects,
- Proven record of successful financial control and modeling for capital projects
- Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling, and reporting.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong knowledge in MS Excel and other MS Office program.
