- Quality inspection for external fabricated parts in reference to the respective shop drawings including subsequent release or rejection and ensure proper reporting
- Work in accordance with the global Doka quality rules and procedures
- Managing worklflow and manpower on a daily basis in accordance to the workload
- Execution of Joint inspections at yard and / or site in communication with clients representative
- Inspect, repair and stock Doka material
- Complaints management
- Fill in the relevant forms/documents incl data entry
- Instruct and lead warehouse operator, assistants, group leader, team leader and material inspector
- Assist with stocktaking/inventory procedures
- Coordinate with external suppliers in terms of country specific materials incl tools and equipment
- Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work environment
- Ensure appropriate use and maintenance of tools and machinery incl data processing
- Assist Warehouse OMR with the strategic development of the department
- Ability to work temporary as material inspector, warehouse team leade
- **Forklift operating**

Trailer and/or container loading and/or offloading incl. documentation

**Qualifications**:

- School certificate
- Fluent English
- Forklift license (desirable)
- Ideally worked as a quality supervisor, in construction
- Advanced computer knowledge
- experienced in leading and steering of workmanship
- Team player
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Good communication skills
- Diplomatic attitudes
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- A feel for economical matters
- Attention to detail
- Advanced Technical skills
