Provide Administrative Support within Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) overall activities andfunctions to achieve its mission, goals, objectives and to enhance its existing systems, process andproductivity.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Provides EPMO Delivery team with admin support on activity and scheduling, InformationTechnology (IT), Change Control and Scope Management, Quality, and Output Management.

2. Works with the project management team to perform different tasks as assigned by the projectmanager such as archiving document, writing minutes of meetings, project team communications.

3. Supports Assistant/project manager in preparing key project documents, i.e. projectcharter/memorandum, highlighting the scope, scale of project and key outcomes to be achieved

4. Drafts regular status reports summarizing status of Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO)projects and meetings

5. Supports delivery team in providing project management support to internal functions as per thedirection of head of delivery/project manager

7. Participates in self and other’s education, training and development, as applicable

8. Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.

9. Performs any other related duties, as assigned.

**Education**:
Master's or Bachelor degree in Project Management, Engineering, BusinessAdministration, Information Technology or other related discipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
One (1) year of related experience with Master’s Degree or three (3) years withBachelor Degree.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:

- Saudi National Only.
- Certified of Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred for engineers.
- Professional Certificates in Portfolio, or Program, or Project Management, or other related certificates is preferred.
