**Room Cleaning and Maintenance**:

- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors as needed.
- Dust and polish furniture.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.

**Bathroom Cleaning**:

- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including fixtures, tiles, and surfaces.
- Replenish toiletries and towels.

**Public Area Maintenance**:

- Clean and maintain common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and elevators.
- Empty trash containers and replace liners.
- Dust and clean surfaces in public spaces.

**Laundry Responsibilities**:

- Collect and launder linens and towels.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of clean and dirty linens.

**Guest Interaction**:

- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests or concerns promptly.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests.

**Adherence to Safety and Hygiene Standards**:

- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and appropriately.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient service.
- Communicate effectively with other departments as needed.

**Inventory Management**:

- Report any shortages or replenishment needs for cleaning supplies and amenities.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, bending, and lifting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
